Open to work

v2.0

Hello — I’m Siddharth Kumar

I work across SEO content, social media and digital marketing.

Most of my work starts where an assumption stops holding — a stress scale students didn’t trust, a message nobody had tested, a document search that was slower than it should be. B.Tech IT graduate in Noida, India, looking for roles in SEO Content, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.

AI Financial Intelligence System

I prototyped it alone, then led four people to finish it.

Financial data is dense, fragmented and written for specialists. Understanding what a signal actually means — and what to do about it — takes expertise most people do not have.

Gautam Buddha University Community Page

A university page with no budget, no mandate and 500,000 people who read it anyway.

Started as a personal creative page and became the channel the campus actually read — social management, content planning, brand collaborations and event coverage, run alone. The same instinct then went into a hackathon media desk, a film society and a developer chapter.

Built because reading fifty pages to find one paragraph is a bad way to spend a day.

Found first-hand while doing research: pulling reliable, source-grounded information out of long reports and documents is slow and inefficient. You either skim and risk missing the answer, or read everything and lose the day.

Classifying student stress

A Machine Learning Approach to Classifying Stress Levels

Thirty-two of a hundred and ten students were wrong about themselves.

Most stress instruments rely on self-reporting, which is exactly the part nobody checks. The study surveyed 110 students on all 21 items of the University Stress Scale and asked whether four supervised models could do better than the students’ own assessment.

  • Survey instrumentation
  • Data curation
  • Feature engineering
  • Supervised classification

Two dashboards

Power BI · FIFA World Cup 2022 and Wimbledon Finals

Everyone watching the final saw a scoreline. I see the data that explains it.

Where a fan sees a scoreline, I see the data that explains it. Sport is the best place to prove that, because everyone already knows what happened — so the only thing being judged is whether the report makes the real story visible. Finishing measured against expected goals in one; serve efficiency and match momentum, player against player, in the other.

How I think

It is one question, asked four times.

The work reads as scattered — data here, a product there, a paper, a community page. It is not four interests. It is one sequence, and most of my jobs have been a different stop along it.

  1. 01Data

    What is actually happening?

Before anything else, get the record straight. Not what the team believes is happening — what the recruitment funnel, the delivery routes and the campaign numbers say is happening.

SQL and Power BI on recruitment and logistics data.

  2. 02Business

    Why does it matter?

A number is not a finding. The question is what it costs, what it unblocks, and who has to decide something differently because of it.

KPI definition and client-facing analysis at Top Talent Bridge and GAINT.

  3. 03Product

    What could be better?

This is where most analysis stops and where the interesting part starts. Decide what should exist, for whom, and what it has to do on the first screen.

Gnosis AI — prototyped alone, then led as a four-person build.

  4. 04Execution

    Can we actually do it?

Ship it, or say plainly that you could not. A containerised app that runs beats a notebook that demonstrates.

DocuMind AI, built solo and Dockerised end to end.

And then the fifth question, which is the one I actually enjoy:

Is any of that true?

The paper set out to classify student stress. What it found was that 32 of 110 students disagreed with what the scale said about them. That is the sort of result I go looking for now — the place where the instrument and the reality come apart.

About

Content-first, with product in view.

Most of my work starts where an assumption stops holding.

  • SEO & Content Writing: Writing SEO-focused blogs and campaign content built on research and search intent, sharpened across paid internships in content writing and now applied at BrightRays.
  • Social Media: Founded and grew the Gautam Buddha University community page to 500,000+ organic reach from zero, and ran social campaigns and creative content for the Marpu Foundation.
  • Digital Marketing: Testing a message before trusting it — A/B tested campaign messaging that lifted GDSC event registrations by 25%, plus campaign planning and digital outreach at Mindenious.
  • Toward Product: The same habit — check the assumption before acting on it — led to prototyping and leading a four-person build on Gnosis AI. It is also where the operations work at GAINT and Top Talent Bridge is pointing: product and project management next.

Founding the film society and running the photography club came from the same place — I like looking closely at work other people have made, and most of what I know about composition I learned from doing that rather than from a course.
